About:China Customs Declaration

How much will the duty be if bring into China 2 laptop computers as gifts?

I want to bring into China 2 laptop computers as gifts. Total value $1400. How much will the duty be??

The duty rate seems to be 20 percent （about 1900RMB）. If you unpack the laptop, I mean they are new or look new, generally, no problem for you to take two laptops to enter without paying for duty fee.

DON'T EVEN TRY IT MY FRIEND I GOT ROBBED, THEY ASKED ME TO PAY FIRST ONE A MOUNT FOR AN IPAD, THEN THEY ASKED ME TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS AND ONCE I PAID FOR CUSTOMS THEY STOPPED REPLYING MY EMAILS, MY CHATS AND EVERYTHING AND IT'S BEEN ALMOST 3 MONTHS NOW AND I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING THEY ARE A SCAM
