Hong Kong Disneyland is located at Lantau Island and takes about HK$110 by taxi from the airport to Disneyland. I think one day is enough.
Opening Hours:
10:00 to 19:00 (weekdays)
10:00 to 21:00 (weekends and holidays)
Tickets Selling Hours: From 09:00 until the park closes
