About:Cheung Chau Island

Are there expatriots living on Cheung Chau? Does the health insurance company, Kaiser Permanente function in the Hong Kong region? thank you.

That is for holiday resort but seldom HK citizen and expatriots living there. Sorry, have no idea about Kaiser Parmanent.
