About:China Visa on Arrival

My boss has a mtg in Dhubai on June 28 but now they want to do a meeting in China the same week. Can he apply for a VISA upon arrival; it would be for a business meeting at the request of a business in China.

If your boss hold letter(s) or telegram(s) from competent authorities who give the consent for the invited guests to apply for the visa at the designated entry ports, he can apply for visa on arrival, otherwise, he has to obtain a China visa before arrival
