I came to American around 2007 ( still have my china passport) my passport is going to expire soonHere my questionswhere do I need to go to renew my passport? I live at MinnesotaCan I renew my passport by mail?

Minnesota is under the consular jurisdiction of Consulate General of China in Chicago, you should go to Chicago to apply for renewal of China passport in person, the passport application by mail is not accepted
