Where are you going to apply for China visa? in Singapore or in south Korea? If you apply for it in Singapore, please go to the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Singapore:
Address: 22 Malacca Street, #09-00 Royal Brothers Building, Singapore 049890
Business Hours: 9:00 ---16:00 (except on Public Holidays)
Submission: 9:00---15:00
Collection: 9:00---16:00
Tel: 65-62262358 65-62262439
Fax: 65-62260852
Website: www.visaforchina.com.sg
Email: visaforchina.org|singaporecentre

Chinese embassy in Singapore only accepts the China visa application from aliens who hold diplomatic, official/service passport.

You should sign the visa application form on behalf of your daughter because she is under the age of 16 years. Her original passport with at least 6 months validity and 1 blank visa page is also required.

You can submit the visa application for your daughter.
