You don't need a visa to Hong Kong or Macau, you just need a visa to Shenzhen, Malaysians are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong/Macau for up to 30 days, if your stay in Shenzhen is less than 5 days, it is possible for you to apply for a visa on arrival at entry port Shenzhen, which has the right to issue a 5 days special economic zone visit visa.
