About:Yangzhou

Hi! I am a German passport holder. I am doing a internship at a German company in Shanghai. I have a F-Visa with multiple entry but a maximum stay of 30 days each time. When I came to Shanghai I registered at the local police bureau but I didn't know that I have to go there again every 30 days. Yesterday I went there and was fined 5000 RMB because I overstayed more than 40 days. My problem is that the internship is going until mid of july, after that I am planning to travel around in China. When I pay the fine will I have any problems in staying and travelling in China this year and what about if I apply for a new visa next year in Germany as I would like to study in China? Will I have any problems after paying the fee and will I be on any list?

Please help me

Thanks
Robert

Mr. Robert, please don't worry, you have paid for the penalty, the record will be cleared, you won't have any problem for staying and traveling in China this year or apply for China in Germany next year.
