Hello I order a product from China but I was told it was sent via China post. However, I was given a tracking number RR852029182CN. It's been weeks and not received it. All information I have if I enter the tracing number was Departure from outward office of exchange and it was sent on June 14. Could you please assist me on this one on how I can get hold an update status. I would like to know when is the eta. Many thanks
