About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

Hi,I'm going to China to visit my chinese wife's family next month, and stay with them for two month, is it ok for me to apply a "visiting relatives" visa? Thank you.

yes, it is Ok for you to apply for a L visa for visiting relatives, your Chinese wife's family is your relatives, but the marrige license between you and your Chinese wife is required, which can prove that you need to go to China for visiting relatives, if possible, you'd better provide the copy of ID card of your wife's parents
