About:Hong Kong Visa Application

I am a Vietnamese studying here in Shanghai China. I was already issued with a residence permit for foreigners, valid for 6 months. If I want to go to Hong Kong for a few days, do I still need to apply for Hong Kong visa? if yes, where can I apply for?
Thanks!
