planning to go harbin during 20 july. wondering if it is going to be hot? what are the interesting places i should not miss?

It is cooler than other Chinese cities.You can't miss the centrak street, you should go there twice, look the day view and the night view. ohh man it s the hottest summer of Harbin of all time. Temp. is goin to 40c. i donot know it s all time high in the history of harbin. but i hope july wud be cooler. wish u all the best for the trip
