Dear Sir,I am currently staying in China with my family (husband and kids). I would like to call my parents to stay with me for longer duration. What is the longest duration they can stay with me ? What kind of Visa I should apply for them? Can I apply dependant visa for them? They are old and I want them to stay here for atleast 6 months. Pls suggest.Thanks

Your parents can apply for dependant visa because dependant Visa is issued to the lineal relatives of a person who is a holder of an employment visa. The relationship between you and your parents, copy of the marriage license between you and your husband, invitation letter with a copy of your valid Chinese residence visa and passport information page of you and your husband.
