Hello,

I am studying in Shanghai for 4 months with an F visa. I am supposed to go to Vietnam on holiday for 10 days and then back in Shanghai, but I do not have the time to do my re-entry visa to China before I leave. I can go to Vietnam, but cannot get back into China. I was told at the visa office here in Shanghai that 'theoretically' i can do my visa for re-entry while I am in Vietnam (Ho chi minh). Does anyone know if this is possible? If yes, does it take more than 10 days?
