Can i go to Hangzhou by train when i am in Yancheng .

Of course, you can. But no direct trains are available from Yancheng to Hangzhou. You need to transfer at Nanjing or Yangzhou. You could take the train K8575/K8578 to Nanjing and then take D5471 to Hangzhou. It totally costs about 9hrs.
