About:Top 8 Shopping Areas in Shanghai

Will be visiting Shanghai end of this month. just wonder where is wu fen pu or qi fen pu? a place for wholesale clothings and others.

You may mean Qi Fen Pu which is at Qipu Road.

I think Wu Fen Pu is a clothing wholesale market near a train station in Taipei, Taiwan.
