I planned to visit Taiwan on Nov 18 - Nov 25. I would visit Sun Moon Lake and station in Taipei city. I planned to go there for shopping (Wu Fen pu) and food. Are there any summer cloth for sales during this period? Or the shop start selling those winter cloth? how bout the night market (shihlin)? Will this stall still open during this period or most of it close?
