About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi, I apply for F visa because I have one week training in Beijing but embassy granted me a L visa or tourist visa. Is there something wrong with this? because ofcourse, I don't want to break the rules if I go there.

It doesn't matter, you can take the 1 week training in Beijing by holding the L visa, after entering China, almost nobody will check your China visa on your passport.
