About:Chinese Embassy in Indonesia

Dears,
My name is Deerka, I am an Indonesian. At the moment I am in China.
I need some information about Chinese Z visa.
After I got the Alien Employment License issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of China and a visa notification letter I will need to go back to Indonesia (Chinese Embassy in Jakarta) to get my Z Visa.
My question is,
Is there any document needed from my employer (in china) that I have to bring to Indonesia? If so, is it possible to deal with the copy of it or has to be original ones.
I want to prepare it before I leave to Indonesia if there is any.
Thank you so much.

there are not any documents required for your employer besides the 2 documents: Alien Employment License and a visa notification letter, you just need to prepare other requirements when you apply for Z visa in Indonesia, such as passport, one completed visa application form affixed with one recent passport photo, the medical examination record

to Mr. Bruce,
Thank you very much for your information that helps me a lot.
I am wondering what kind of medical examination should I do
in Indonesia.
Is there any special place (hospital) in Jakarta where I have to do it or I can do it at any Hospital.

Mr.DEERKA, there are hospitals designated by the China embassy in Jakarta, you'd better go to the embassy in person to get the Foreign Medical Examination Form and the list of designated travel agencies.
