Dear, my wife and I would like to travel from Beijing to Xian by Train. Is the SOFT SLEEPER only for 2 passengers or 4 passengers in 1 room? Is a room private with door & can lock from inside? Can we bring a big bag into the room?

There are deluxe soft sleeper compartment available for two persons on Z19. But the common soft sleepers are for 4 passengers in one compartment and a double action door allowing separate access to the two upper and two lower bunks. For the big bag if allowing bringing into the room, it is hard to say. It depends on the policies on different types of trains.
