I'm a Diesel Engine Technician and I'm going to board a German container vessel in Hongkong in order to inspect it's Diesel Generator. My estimate is that i will finish within 6 days and will disembark in Quingdao port. What visa do i need so that i will be allowed to enter Quingdao and go to the airport for my flight back to the Philippines? Thank you!

You need to apply for a tourist visa (L visa)to go to Qingdao and take the flight back to the Philippines.
