I'll be arriving in Macau on the 23rd Nov 2010 and i planned to go Zhuhai on the same day. I want to stay in Zhuhai for 2 days and return to Macau on the 25th Nov 2010. I want to know if i can apply for visa to Zhuhai on the 23rd Nov 2010 upon arrival or do i have to apply it in Malaysia?

It is possible for you to apply for a visa on arrival at the entry port of Zhuhai. However, no one can ensure that you can get the visa on arrival, the best and safe method is to apply for China visa in Malaysia.
