About:Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh

I am a student studying at Guangzhou. I came back at 1st June for my holiday to my country. Do I need a visa to go back again as I have got a resident permit valid till 31 Oct 2010 (issued at 26th May) ? If visa is required, what documents do I need to submit with the visa application, as I do not have the JW 202 form (had to submit it for resident permit) ? And do I need to go for medical check- up again?

You don't need to obtain a new visa to go back to China, you can use the residence permit on your passport to return to China. Within its validity, you can go and exit Mainland China for countless times.
