Question

Hi, I am an Indian working in Beijing.I brought my parents on L-visa.This is going to expire in next month.I want this to be extended for next 4 months.I have contacted one visa agent for  this.He is asking me to get my company's offical seal(chop) on the application form.In case I could not give this I can not extend more than one month.Is this correct?I will have to follow many procedures in my company to get the seal.So,please let me know is there anyother way to get the visa extended more than one month.Thanks in advance!

yes, it is correct, generally speaking, the L visa can only be extended for another 30 days stay duration in China, it is not hard to get more than one month stay duration for L visa, you have to get the official seal of your company on the application form
