About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Hi, i got an offer from a school in Bei Jing,China since this is the first time i asked an agency to asist me but the agency telling me to pay them 8 thousand pesos for the transaction fee as per the owner of the agency they will have to go though a POEA lisenced agent to process the visa else even if i personally applied and got the visa il still be blocked by the Philippines immigaration to exit the country. Are the above statements true?if not can i apply personally in Chinese Embassy?

I don't think it is true, you can apply for work visa in person at the Chinese embassy/consulate in Philippines according to the consular districts. After you obtain the Z visa, you can exit and enter China. You don't need to pay high service fee for this agency.

"Never" pay for a job in China, they will take advantage of you because you are Philippino, your best chance of a job is in the north of the country as English is not your native tongue and they want more qualifications in the south and a white face, Beijing is pretty expensive too.
