after the marrige license, she has to add your family name to her passport, make the change of name of her passport at the India passport office, then the marriage license between you and your wife should be signed before a local notary office in India, certificated by Foreign Affairs Department of India and China embassy/consulate in India, then your wife can apply for work visa as the dependant, the requirements are:
i) Original passport which has more than 6 months left before it expires from the date of application and sufficient blank visa pages (18 months and more left if intended stay in China is more than one year).

(ii) One completed Visa Application Form with a recently-taken passport photo. All the items on the application form should be fully filled in with genuine information;

(iii) "Physical Examination Record for Foreigner" issued by doctors from an Indian state hospital. The photo on the Record should be stamped by the hospital.(Valid for 6 months from issued date)

(iv) Photocopy of the personal data page of applicant’s passport.

(v)Accompanying family dependents of personnel working in China should provide related note, letter or visa notification issued by an authorized unit or documents proving their status as dependents.

if you can't provide it, the copy of your work visa, residence permit and your passport data pages, marriage license and its copy are required.
