Hello,I cant apply for a foreign expert certifcate in one city of China because i left my old school with notice. I informed my school about this 30 days before I resigned. But they dont want to give me release now. What can I do so I can be applied by my current school for a foreign expert certificate? Pls help me.Thanks,Erika
