About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

I just want to ask i am pregnant now, im a filipina and my partner is a chinese national, we're not married yet coz he still married with his wife. Can i give birth in China and have a chinese passport for my baby? despite the fact that we're unmarried.

Pls. help.

It is complex for your baby to get the Chinese passport if you don't married with the Chinese man, according to the China nationality law, if both parents or one parent is Chinese citizen and teh baby is born in China, it can join China nationality, however, you don't have the legal relationship with the Chinese man.
