Hi. Does Sept bring in rains in HK, worse typhoon? But, it is summer right? Is it still okay to go?

Typhoon season is from May to the middle of September, the best time to visit Hong Kong is October and November. It is hard to say whether there is typhoon or not at that time since it is two early to make the predict for September.0
