About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Hi, I was working in Chongqing on a multiple entry 12 month Z visa for CUFLI, after a couple of months I decided to leave because of broken contract, poor conditions, under pay etc etc.
I did not give notice as they wanted 6 weeks and never give the money that is owed to workers (Google them) so I waited on my pay to go into the bank and escaped on the next plane back to Australia.
What are the problems this shoddy company can cause me if I want to go back to China as a tourist or for work, I have 8 months left on the visa.
Because the company was paying/bribing the officer at the Foreign Experts Affairs office ( He went to the company functions and knowingly accepted the forged degree's and diploma's that the company supplied for the unqualified African, Egyptian, Swedish, Estonian, Yemen etc "teachers" ) I am sure they have caused problems for me with my visa but do not know what will happen if I try to enter China again. Any help would be appreciated.

Mr.Smith, please don't worry, the school in Chongqing can only ask the officer at the Exit & Enter Department under Chongqing Public Security Bureau to cancell your multiple-entry Z visa, they can't do anything else, you can apply for a new L visa or Z visa to enter China.

So if I was to re enter China via HK you are saying I will get in on my existing Z visa or should I apply for a new tourist visa before I try to go back?
I have no intention of going anywhere near Chongqing......too many hills for my liking.

If your multiple-entry Z visa is cancelled by the employer who go to the exit & enter department under Chongqing Public Security Bureau to cancell your Z visa, then you can't use it to reenter China, you have to apply for a new tourist visa to go back.

Hey Smith as long as they cant get hands on your passport they can never cancel you visa. They have to physically get your passport they cant delete your visa from the system directly so just dont worry no one will cancel you visa also. But surely you will not get renewal of this visa

Thanks Wazza, I was told that was the case but you hear so many stories, I even rang the Aust consulate and even they couldn't give me an answer.
