im finishing my last  month to my present school but my resident permet will expire  by july 23 and im going to teach in other school is it posible to renew my resedent permit in the philippines coz my new school still starts by september so i will not lose my Z visa coming back here in china

You can't renew your China residence permit in the Philippines, the employer has been changed, you have to apply for a new work visa (Z visa) in the Philippines, then go to China and apply for a new residence permit in China, your new employer should help you to apply for the work permit and original visa notification letter, then you can apply for work visa.
