For preparing FOREIGNER PHYSICAL EXAMINATION FORM, which hospital should I go? Is there any hospital authorized/ Approved by Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh?.........Please help me.

I can't find the list of hospitals designated by the China embassy in Dhaka, I call the embassy for many times, nobody pick up the telephone, I'm afraid that I have to go to the embassy to enquire it.
