About:Ta'er Monastery

When is the right time for us to apply for tourist visa? We are planning to visit shanghai world expo this sept. Probably 40 persons in all. Can I apply in cebu china consulate and hand carry all other passports with me?

You can apply for the China tourist visa in July or early August. You can apply for China visa at the Consulate General of China in Cebu if your residence is under its consular jurisdiction. You can take all others passports. However, for the applicants who have never been in China, the Personal appearance is required for those who are 16-21 years old.
