About:Chinese Consulate in Auckland

I am New Zealand passport holder, and am working, living in Eindhoven now.
It would be a bit inconvenient for me as I can't get off work, to come to your Consulate to apply China visa.
Could I apply for visa by sending the necessary application form to Chinese Consulate in
Den Haag ?
Quick reply would be very appreciated as I would like to see Shanghai Expo.
Thank you !
Sincerely yours,
Shona

Sorry, Ms. Shona, the Consulate do not accept mailing visa application. You can either apply for a visa in person or entrust sone one else or travel agencies to submit your application. But there are special cases, applicants may need an interview.
