Foreigners who entry Shenzhen at Luo Hu Port can apply for the 'Visa-on-Arrival'. The fee is HK$150 per person.

Dear all, I have a similar question as Ms. Thia's.
I'm going to stay in HK from June 18-24.
On June 21,I'm planning to go to Shenzhen, then go back to HK on June 21 night.

On June 18, on my HK Immigration form, should I mention that I'm going to stay from June 18-24,
or
should I mention that I'm going to stay June 18-21,
then on June 21 night after I've gone to Shenzhen, I've to fill another same-type HK immigration form stating I'm going to stay in HK from June 21-24?

Another question, what's requirements and materials needed to have visa on arrival at Lo Wu?

Thanks. Answers with some explanations are highly appreciated.

You can write that you are going to stay in Hong Kong from June 18 to June 24. The requirements for shenzhen visa on arrival is somple, just fill the visa application card, give your passport to the visa officer and answer some questions.

Thanks Mrs. Maria for replying.
Well, I just need more explanations about stating stay days.
When we're going to HK, we have to fill the form of arrival in HK and departure from HK in a piece of card.
In this case, as I will go there by plane, the officer will tear the card, they will collect our paper of 'Arrival in HK',and give back the 'Departure' card for us, to be given when we left HK later.

On the HK Immigration Office in Lo Wu (at the border between China and HK), will the officer take our 'Departure' Card?

I mean, will there any problem if I state "June 24", while I'm going out of HK one JUNE 21, BUT THEN ENTERING HK AGAIN on JUNE 21?

I'm telling the truth that I just want to minimize any problem might happen there, since I can't speak Chinese.
Once again, thanks Mrs. Maria!

Ms.Emilia, for the first entry to Hong Kong, you can write that you are going to stay in Hk from June 18 - 21, for the second entry to Hong Kong, you can write your intended stay in Hk is from June 21 - 24. For each entry and exit Hong Kong, you will fill the arrival card, departure card.
