Luxury Soft Sleeper is the top level sleeper on a train but only equipped by a few of trains, such as the Beijing-Lhasa trains and Shanghai-Hong Kong trains. For the ticket from Xiangfan to Hangzhou, you would better buy it through some other agencies. Currently, the web only offers the booking service for the train tickets departing from the big cities and the provincial capital cities in China.
