Hi, pls advise it will take 4 to 6 weeks to get HongKong visa?

is there anyway to make it faster? as i applied HK visa through chinese embassy in singapore, and was told by them that approval from HK only come back around 4 to 6 weeks,they will call to inform me if my HK visa approved, and it will take 4 days to collect visa? Thanks
