Mrs.Yeny,

You can go to Macau Maritime Ferry Terminal to take First Ferry’s boat to Tsim Sha Tsui, HK.
Timetable:

The cheapest way is: walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station to take Tsuen Wan Line to Lai King, change Tung Chung Line to Tung Chung MTR Station. Time: 38 minutes. Cost: HK$15.5.

Then take S1 airport shuttle bus to HKIA (5-10 minutes and HK$3.5).

Since your hotel is in Nanshan District, the Shekou Ferry Terminal is the nearest. Walk to Jinxiuzhonghua (锦绣中华) station to take No.328 bus to Shekou.

Or you can take a taxi to Shekou. It takes only 20 minutes but the cost is definitely expensive than the bus.
