Hello! Can you please tell me which is the best month to visit Hong Kong, either September or October? How's the weather? What sort of clothes I've to bring?

Considering weather, both of Sep and Oct are nice for visiting HK. But, plese avoid Oct1~7, when larget number of travelers will come to Hong Kong during national holidays.
