In accordance with Administrative Regulation No. 23/2009 'Amendments to the Provision on Overstay in the《Regulations of the Entry, Stay and Residence Authorization》, an individual who overstays in the Macao Special Administrative Region for less than 30 days after the expiry of the authorization granted is fined MOP200.00 per overdue day. The violator is required to pay the fine immediately after he or she is arrested or reports himself or herself to the police.

You should pay MOP200 for each overdue day. Now, you overstay in Macau not your employer, so you should pay for the fine.
