You can take subway line 13 and get off at Lupudaqiao(卢浦大桥) station and then walk several minutes to the Lupu Bridge.

Tip: take 50 meters high elevator to reach the bridge and then walk 317 steps to get to the peak to have a grand view of the expo site. The ticket is about CNY 68.
