I do not know, but I have ever been to Suzhou and have business relationship with Suzhou company. they said to me you can spend 500RMB(less than 100 USD) and can have a very nice trip in Suzhou.
I usually let me supplier to book the hotel for me, five stars hotel in Suzhou is 175USD, I think it is very cheap.
