About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

i want to do my masters on information technology in Qinghua University china.But i don't know how to go about it.pls tell me how i can go about it and the ncessary procedures to take.thanks.

Contact the university and submit you application, first. The university will send you notice letter if you are allowed to stufy there.
