About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Can I apply for a Visa directly to the Consular office or do I have to course it to a Travel agent. The travel agents here in Manila charge service fee. If I course it through a Travel agent, do I still have to make a personal appearance?

Mr.joel, you can apply for China visa directly through the consular office of Chinese embassy in Manila or Consulate in Laoag. If you apply for visa through the travel agency, you don't need to make a personal appearance, but you should pay for service fee besides the visa fee.
