About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

Hello, I am now in China and If i go to the Philippine embassy in Shanghai is it possible for me to be able to renew certain documents such as NBI clearance, Police clearance or even cedula?

i guess that the Philippines embassy in Shanghai can't renew the NBI Clearance, Police Clearance or cedula for you.
