About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

Hello,
I am an British expat about to adopt a baby in China. Now not having much information from the adoption agency, to obtain a visa do I just follow the same procedure as per a tourist visa? Is there a priority procedure, as we have been just given the travel date is only 2/3 weeks away? Thanks, Steve

Mr.Steve Yue, I think that can follow the same procedure to apply for a tourist visa
