About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

Dear,

We are chileans but at present we are in Brussels and we would like to travel from Hanoi, Vietnam to Tokyo, Japan next month by China Airlines with a stop in Beijing. Do We need transit Visa?

How could we apply for this kind of Visa? and How long will it take?

You are exempt from going through the procedures for obtaining a transit visa if you hold a through ticket and have booked seats on international airliners flying directly through China, and stay in the Beijing airport for less than 24 hours without leaving the airport.
