Im planning to visit and stay in Zhuhai for 2 months, it will be my first time in china. I really want to know how safe is the city for a women alone, and what places can i visit. Are there shoppings, what time the shoppings close? The easy way to go to Hong Kong is by ferry but how many time takes? What is the best way to go to Macau and how many time takes? Please take easy that you could visit Zhuhai alone. Of course, keep away from these trap if someone attempts to sell you cheap goods, hotels or others. In downtown Zhuhai, there are many department stores and whoelsale markets. Usually, the former one is open from 10:00 to 21:00 or 22:00, as well as the wholesale markets may be close around 18:00.The ferry from Zhuhai Jiuzhou Port to Hong Kong only takes about 70 minutes. And, Zhuhai and Macau is just separated from each other by the Gongbei Customs Border. Walk through the border, you could enter into Macau immediately.
