my daughter's schoolmate who is a vietnamse holding vietnamese passport.  she will first go to hong kong then entre into china.  can we apply an entry visa to china for her upon landing in shenzhen, or, do we need to apply for the visa in hk   if in hongkong where ?  is it china international travel services?   how long does it take?

Your daughter's schoolmate needs a visa to Hong Kong and a visa to China, she needs to apply for the both visas in the Vietnam, you can't apply for visa for her.
