I've found that Sheraton Hotel is next to TST MTR station, so
1) From the hotel to Ocean Park:
Take MTR from TST Station to Admiralty Station and use special bus no.629 which runs directly to the Ocean Park.
2) From Ocean Park to Victoria Peak:
Take Bus 6, 6X, 6A, 260 back to Central and then walk to the Lower Peak Terminus where you can take tram up to the Peak.
3) From Victoria Peak to the hotel:
Get down from the Peak by tram or bus to Central and then take Stary Ferry or MTR Tsuen Wan Line to TST.
4) From the hotel to Disneyland:
Use MTR from TST to Disneyland Resort Station. The route involves transfers. Just grab a map and make sure you are in the right direction.
5) From the Disneyland to the Airport:
Take Bus R8 from Disneyland to Lantau Link Toll Plaza and then transfer to any airbus like A11, A12, A21, A22, or A10 to the airport.

Thanks Ms. Lisa! That is very helpful. I am also considering staying at Renaissance Hotel in Wanchai, is it nearer Ocean Park? Is half day (from 1pm to 6pm) enough to tour the Ocean Park then proceed to Victoria Peak for a tour of the place maybe from 7pm until its closing time.

Will it be more advisable to stay in Wanchai since we are planning to visit only the Ocean Park and Victoria Peak in our day of arrival then we will proceed to disneyland the following day.

Renaissance Hotel is close to Wan Chai MTR Station. You can go there to take mtr to Admiralty, exit B and take No.629 bus.

Well, spending half a day in Ocean Park is doable. Just pick up some items you are interested.
